Sourdough Turned Out Decent Today
Today’s loaf turned out pretty decent. Soft and moist. A little chewy in a good way with a crunchy crust. It wasn’t a particularly large loaf but big enough to enjoy throughout the day. I don’t think it will survive through the night. I have a feeling it will all be eaten before bedtime.
