Gluten Free Bread But It Went Wrong (Updated)
I used the same recipe as yesterday only with caputo gluten free flour. To see what would happen. One that that happens for me with caputo gluten free flour is big pockets like this but usually not this big. It’s great for fluffy pizza and focaccia and I really wanted to try it with a…

Well & Good Gluten Free Bread Recipe Results
I’m trying the recipe on the Well & Good website. It’s basic enough and more like a batter. I used yeast instead of an egg. I used Lighthouse yeast. The most important part is if my son likes it. My husband who is also celiac has phases with bread and so does our son who…

Big Gluten Free Loaf
This has been entirely experimental but I’m going to post my recipe here. Not going to lie and say it was super yummy. It was bland. It was more bland than regular bread but not unpleasant at all. It served its purpose and because it was bland it was a good sandwich loaf which was…

Homemade Gluten Free Bread & Ham & Cheese Sandwich
I need to learn how to make gluten free bread as we have reached a point where it’s not only more affordable to make it from scratch but will taste better. It’s normal for it to be very dry store bought but it’s not so nice as a sandwich unless it’s freshly made. My baby…

Sourdough Turned Out Decent Today
Today’s loaf turned out pretty decent. Soft and moist. A little chewy in a good way with a crunchy crust. It wasn’t a particularly large loaf but big enough to enjoy throughout the day. I don’t think it will survive through the night. I have a feeling it will all be eaten before bedtime.
