New Mum’s Food Adventures

I love making yoghurt but it’s become a bit of a task. I found this at Aldi on sale and hubby bought it for me. Though it’s really an us gift.

The cheese is only soft cheese like cream cheese but that is the only cheese I make at home anyway so that’s a plus. It is absolutely fantastic and comes with a strainer to strain the yoghurt. I have already made and strained some Greek yoghurt and made Vietnamese yoghurt. Fantastic results. Nothing has been too tart and they’ve all been a lovely consistency. I also don’t have to preheat my milk so it’s even easier still. I absolutely love it! And surprisingly baby likes the homemade yoghurt as well. He is loving the ones made with fresh frozen berries in cold smoothies.
