Gluten Free Bread With sliced Eggs

Baby had his eggs plain with buttered toast. He only ate the yellow parts and launched the rest of the egg at the dogs. But he liked my bread. I recently shared a recipe for that bread but I am still work on it and tweaking it.

We have confirmed that both baby and Daddy are celiac. So fortunately I did the right thing by keeping bubs gluten free as soon as I saw something was wrong. But that means I will try even harder to make bread they will both love and enjoy as well as other food. I have almost figure out a good pasta dough. Tonight I will let some pasta dough rest overnight to see if it helps the binding with xanthum gum. If it works well enough I will come back to make a post about it.
