We have custard for kids. Sugar reduced. Thought we could try something different. Followed a YouTube Recipe and added cinnamon. Big hit.

Almond flour one egg and a touch of milk to get a peanut butter consistency. A half teaspoon of baking powder and a mashed banana. They turned out both fluffy and dense. I would not recommend trying with a child under one. The density might be too thick and gummy and be a choking hazard. It was certainly interesting.
