Lamb Spaghetti With Dino Pasta Gluten Free

I use an egg frying pan to cook baby dinner. It’s too easy to cook to much. I started with frying the minced lamb and added Italian herb mix. A small pinch and a very small amount of pepper. Then I added small diced zucchini and. Stirred on medium to medium high until it started to soften. Then I added the baby pasta sauce from my previous post with some cream cheese. Specifically lactose free Philadelphia cream cheese. This was to reduce the tartness. I let it simmer on a low heat until the mince was well done and the zucchini was soft. Then I added it to cooked gluten free Dino Pasta from Coles. He loved this the best. His favourite meat is lamb.

It was very easy but it takes a very long time to cool down. He ate more than I expected and found it filling enough where he slept very well at night. Now that he is able to eat minced meat it opens up more meals and gives a lot of satisfaction. Best part is you can alternate between pasta and rice and even toast fingers for a filling carb. Carbs at night help keep baby fuller for longer.

Next I plan to try a gentle chicken mince curry and mango chicken and rice. I’ll post updates and progress.
