Golden Kiwi Fruit, Banana and Prune and Pear Purée

Half a banana and half a golden kiwi fruit with half a pouch of prune and pear purée. Very simple and easy. He ate most of it as he is having a bit of a growth spurt. The prune and pear purée is to balance out how much fibre he has had recently with his new gluten free toast which has helped him out a lot. Last night he had scrambled eggs and toast sticks.

So far he does well with yoghurt and so do I so I’m glad about that so tomorrow for breakfast he will have some yoghurt for breakfast tomorrow and I will try to keep posting meals or meals that are different. Hopefully it helps give others ideas.

Best way to make baby and toddler food is to just simply keep everything simple. And always do research!
